Thank you for your continued support and encouragement to the kids in performing arts. It is a very proud moment for us as we see the mesmerizing quality of artworks done by state level winners, which shows how well students, teachers, and parents have involved in this noble cause. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone for setting a new standard of quality for art, every year.

As promised we are very pleased to divide categories into classes and award more than one award for State 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, and Consolation prizes, wherever possible; totaling around 210 cash prizes worth approximately Rs. 2 lakhs.

All these State Level Winners will be felicitated with a Memento, Certificate of Excellence, and Cash Prize as per the award. These winners will get the highest award - State Level Memento only and NOT the district level memento. All these winners will be felicitated at Grand Prize Distribution Ceremony. All the winners must come with school id-cards to accept the award.

Rest of the District Level Winners, who could not win at state level, will get a Memento, and Certificate of Appreciation delivered at respective school or handed over to school representative on the grand prize distribution ceremony day.

Teacher Awards - This year we are introducing Teacher Awards to felicitate all the Art Teachers / Activity Coordinators who were instrumental in making this event a grand success by motivating, encouraging and helping students to get prizes in this competition. The criteria for the Teacher Award is – one award for every 200 participants from a school.

School Awards – like every year, we are very happy to announce 55 School Awards including one “Best School - Cultivating Art” award, and 54 “Best Participant School” awards with more than 200+ participants from a school. All these teachers & schools will be felicitated with a Memento.

If any spelling or category errors for any winner, please email us by 10^th October 2024. After that no changes will be accepted whatsoever may be the case, as mementos will be printed after that.

Instructions to Parents for the Grand Prize Distribution Ceremony:

Cultivating Art do not make any money out of this event, rather its founders spend more than 1 lakh from their own pockets to make it such a success. This event is running purely on their promise and passion. As you have seen the whole event, a simple math can justify this.
Please note that since its inception in 2018, the fee is only Rs. 100, though every cost has been increased by 3-4 times. Even after that we have increased quality in every aspect by 10-15 times.
Please note that this is a pure NGO event and not a commercial event, so support us by strictly following all the instructions given on a time-to-basis during the ceremony.
Please come as per your child category time and NOT earlier than that. If possible one parent for one winner as to reduce too much of crowd and to run the event smoothly.
Please seat only in the area where your child category is mentioned. Never stand during the ceremony. Do not flock onto the dais. Do not block the way at any cost.
Professional Photographer has been appointed to capture beautiful moments of every individual child and group photos, which will be uploaded on our website by end of the day.
Please be polite with the volunteers, and do not get rude with them as they are supporting us for no monetary benefits. No question – answers sessions. We are keeping every information on the website very clearly, so please read them, if you don’t get any answer, then email us.

We cordially request all the school principals to grace the event to felicitate winners & accept school mementos.

10:00am to 10:45am – for Classes – Pre School

10:45am to 11:45am – for Classes – 1 to 2

11:45am to 12:30 pm – for Classes – 3 to 4

12:30pm to 1:15 pm – for Classes – 5 to 7

1:15pm to 1:30 pm – for Classes - 8 to 10

School & Teacher Awards – whenever respective school principal arrives, then next intermittent time between classes awards to children.
