At a glance of state level artworks, Judges Panel’s first reaction was – are these really done by 5-10 years kids on their own? That’s the mesmerizing quality of artworks produced at state level this year. We are very proud of this and all the credit goes to their parents and teachers. Several teachers were astonished by witnessing their students can actually draw and color on their own compared to “fill the color” competitions they saw earlier. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone for setting a new standard of quality for art, every year.

We are honored to announce State Level Winners, Best School Awards, and Best Teacher Awards.

We are elated to award around 50% (our promise was 15%) of participants at State Level this year. Judgment process is very transparent, unbiased, strictly following criteria, and encouraging every participant & school.

All the 210 State Level Winners will be felicitated with a Memento, Certificate of Excellence, and a Cash Prize.

School Awards – it is truly our honor to announce 61 School Awards including top 3 “Best School - Cultivating Art” awards, and 58 “Best Participant School” awards with more than 200+ participants from a school.

Best Teacher Awards – for their outstanding dedication, commitment and efforts in making this event a grand success, more than 90 Best Teacher Awards will be presented.

Instructions to Parents for the Grand Prize Distribution Ceremony:

1.   Cultivating Art do not make any money out of this event, rather its founders spend more than 1 lakh from their own pockets to make it such a success. This event is running purely on their promise and passion. As you have seen the whole event, a simple math can justify this.

2.   Please note that since its inception in 2018, the fee is only Rs. 100, though every cost has been increased by 4-5 times. Even after that we have increased quality in every aspect by 10-15 times.

3.    Please note that this is a pure NGO event and not a commercial event, so support us just by strictly following all the instructions given on a time-to-time basis during the ceremony.

4.     Please come as per your child category time and NOT earlier than that.

5.    Please seat only in the area where your child category is mentioned. Never stand during the ceremony. Do not flock onto the dais. Do not block the way at any cost.

6.  Professional Photographer has been appointed to capture beautiful moments of every individual child and group photos, which will be uploaded on our website by end of the day.

7.    Please be polite with the volunteers, and do not get rude with them as they are supporting us for no monetary benefits. No question – answers sessions possible on this day. We are keeping every information on the website very clearly, so please read them, if you don’t find any answer, then email us.

8.   All the winners must come in school dress with school id-cards to accept the award.

9.   State level winners will get the highest award - State Level Memento only and NOT the district level memento.

10.  Rest of the District Level Winners, who could not win at state level, will get a Memento, and Certificate of Appreciation delivered at respective school or handed over to school representative on the grand prize distribution ceremony day.
